My Mom is a Superhuman

Hero of My Life
My
 Mom is a Super Human

Let’s talk about super humans. What is a super human? A person with powers that normal human can’t do. Like Superman, Spiderman, Batman and even my personal favorite, Captain America. These heroes are fictional though. They only happen in movies, comics and books. But I have met one super human. And I see her everyday. My mom.

Diana A. Brinez. An accounting and finance supervisor. A full time wife and mom. Everyday, she wakes up 4:30 in the morning, prepares our breakfast and wake us up. Once my sister and I leave for school, she will get ready to got to her work. 7:30 is her time for work then will go home 6:00 in the evening. Once she arrive, she will cook dinner with the help of me and my sister. Then, we’ll eat dinner and watch TV together. On a Sunday, she’ll wash our clothes, cook lunch and dinner and iron our clothes.

She works and at the same time, does her duty in our home. And like a super human, she helps people. Like me and my sister. She helps us do our homeworks and solve our school problems. She takes care of us. She buys us the things that we need and we want. She helps her staff too, the operators and other employees get a more higher pay than they should have.

Even if problems happen, she will always do her best to solve it and not let that problem affect our family.
She’s not literally a super human. She’s like Superman, Spiderman, Batman and Captain America that does her best for us. But she’s much better than them. She has a duty that she fulfills well without hesitations and she doesn’t need to hide her personality because she’s proud being dad’s wife and me and my sister’s bestfriend and mom.

This blog maybe short to express how much I’m thankful she is my mother. But I love her much more than One Direction or 5 Seconds of Summer. She will be forever my mom and my superhuman.

She’ll save me tonight.

Happy Fathers’ Day

Happy Fathers’ Day

Papa as I call him. Meet my father, Ador B. Brinez. He is a seaman. He is one of the coolest dads ever. I inherited my love for music because of him. He loves rock songs. He loves joking and he can make us smile even for the sad parts of life.

When I was a child, I’m not really close to my father because he’s working abroad. And I’m afraid of him because he wants me to eat a lot but I’m a picky eater before. Though we don’t agree at our music genres because he loves rock and I love pop and R&B, we still are close. He always teases me about my haircut when I was in third grade.

He sure is cool. He allows me to hang out to my friends even if mama doesn’t want to. He buys me new clothes and we really have the same fashion sense. He also likes to buy me us gadgets like iPod and tablet. He always treats us to McDo even if he like to eat at Kenny Rogers’ or Max’s.

Papa may not be always there for us but he always makes sure that he texts us at what country he is already. He always tells us that he loves us and that we should take care of ourselves.

That’s why this Fathers’ Day, even if we’re not together, we made sure that we greeted him and we told him that we love him.

Papa, if it happened that you are reading this. I just want to tell you that I love you and even we have misunderstandings, I will always love you. Many problems happen but soon these problems will fade away and we’ll be more happy. Just remember that me, Mama and Je-anne love you and always take care of yourself. Don’t worry, we’ll study hard and make you proud. Again, I love you Papa and Happy Fathers’ Day. Sundae naman dyan. ;)

My Hero

I dedicate this poem to the best superhero of all, better than any Superman or Spiderman..

My Hero is the best of all
He listens whenever I call
He guides me on my path
Give me everything I hath

He loves me even if I'm sinful
And even though I'm awful
Catches me if I fall
Helps on my problems even if it's small

Who do you think is he?
The one who cares for me?
Who watches me in the day and night?
That helps me overcome my fright.

Yes, He is our Father Lord
Written in the Bible is his word
He made our wonderful Earth
And already here before your birth

I love Father God so much
Even if he can't be touched
He's always been there

In our hearts forever...

Romeo and Juliet

Original scene in Romeo and Juliet
Act 1 Scene 4 - Act 1 Scene 5

  • Romeo and his posse (i.e., Benvolio and Mercutio) are getting ready to sneak into the Capulets' party. Luckily, it's a costume party, so they can wear masks.
  • [We should point out that Mercutio's name was on the invite list, because he's not a Montague, but he feels the need to wear a mask anyway. What's up with that?]
  • Romeo and Mercutio trade insults and there's some naughty talk about love, in particular, what to do to when "love pricks [hurts] like a thorn." Mercutio's solution? "If love be rough with you, be rough with love. Prick love for pricking, and you beat love down." Translation: The solution to heartache is to go out and have sex.
  • Romeo continues to boo-hoo about the unavailable Rosaline and then he announces that he had a dream the night before. Before he can go into the details, Mercutio interrupts and delivers a long, crazy speech about "Queen Mab," a tiny fairy who visits people in their dreams. (You can read more about it in "Symbols.")
  • Romeo says Mercutio is talking nonsense and Mercutio, our resident skeptic, retorts that dreams are for idiots.
  • Before entering the party, Romeo says he has a feeling that "fate" may have something bad in store for him.
  • At the shindig, Capulet welcomes his guests to the party and invites everyone to get their groove on. He also threatens that if any young girl refuses to dance, he'll tell everyone she "hath corns" on her feet. (We're not kidding.)
  • Now, for the moment we've all been waiting for. Romeo sees Juliet dancing and…falls in love at first sight. (Rosaline who?)
  • Meanwhile, Tybalt, a.k.a. that dude who did all the fighting before, a.k.a. Juliet's easily-angered cousin, recognizes Romeo. Blood boils right about…now.
  • Tybalt tells Lord Capulet that he's going to beat up Romeo for crashing their party.
  • Lord Capulet orders him to relax and leave Romeo alone – Romeo seems to be a nice enough kid. Plus, Lord Capulet wisely reasons that parties tend to get ruined by open brawls.
  • Tybalt, furious, swears he'll make Romeo pay for this supposed insult later. Cue the dramatic and ominous music.
  • Romeo approaches Juliet and delivers one of the coolest pickup lines to ever come out of the 16th century: "If I profane with my unworthiest hand this holy shrine, the gentle sin is this: My lips, two blushing pilgrims, ready stand to smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss." Translation: Kissing you would be a religious experience. (You can read more about this in "Symbols.")
  • Instead of getting annoyed and walking away, Juliet is a little impressed but, being the clever girl she is, Juliet also teases him about his cheesy pick-up line. A few lines of verbal banter later, Romeo kisses her. (Count it: he says a total of 67 words to her before the lip-lock.)
  • Then they kiss again. Meanwhile, their dialogue has formed a perfect Shakespearean love sonnet, rhymes and all. Amazing!
  • Juliet's nurse interrupts them and sends Juliet away. Romeo asks her the name of the girl he's been kissing.
  • She's a Capulet, which is pretty upsetting to Romeo who thinks the feud will interfere with his new love.
  • The party starts breaking up.
  • Juliet, who is already completely in love, asks her nurse to find out the identity of the first guy she has ever kissed. The answer: "His name is Romeo, and a Montague, the only son of your great enemy."
  • Juliet becomes incredibly upset: "My only love sprung from my only hate?"

IPHONE ALLTHE WAYYY! <3

The iPhone (/ˈaɪfoÊŠn/ eye-fohn) is a line of smartphones designed and marketed byApple Inc. It runs Apple's iOS mobile operating system.[14] The first generation iPhone was released on June 29, 2007; the most recent iPhones, the seventh-generation iPhone 5Cand iPhone 5S, were introduced on September 10, 2013.
The user interface is built around the device's multi-touch screen, including a virtual keyboard. The iPhone has Wi-Fi and can connect to many different cellular networks, including 1xRTT and GPRS (shown as a circle on the status bar), EDGE (shown as a capital E on the status bar), UMTS and EV-DO (shown as 3G), a faster version of UMTS and 4G (shown as a 4G symbol on the status bar), and LTE (shown as LTE on the status bar).[15] An iPhone can shoot video (though this was not a standard feature until the iPhone 3GS), take photosplay music, send and receive email, browse the web, send textsGPS navigation, tell jokes, record notes, do mathematical calculations, and receive visual voicemail.[16] Other functions — video games, reference works, social networking, etc. — can be enabled by downloading application programs (‘apps’); as of October 2013, the App Store offered more than one million apps by Apple and third parties.[17]
There are seven generations of iPhone models, each accompanied by one of the six major releases of iOS. The original 1st-generation iPhone was a GSM phone and established design precedents, such as a button placement that has persisted through all models and a screen size maintained for the next four iterations. The iPhone 3G added 3G cellular network capabilities and A-GPS location. The iPhone 3GS added a faster processor and a higher-resolution camera that could record video at 480p. The iPhone 4 featured a higher-resolution 960×640 "Retina Display", a VGA front-facing camera for video calling and other apps, and a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with 720p video capture.[18] The iPhone 4Supgrades to an 8-megapixel camera with 1080p video recording, a dual-core A5 processor, and a natural language voice control system called Siri.[19] iPhone 5 features the dual-coreA6 processor, increases the size of the Retina display to 4 inches, and replaces the 30-pin connector with an all-digital Lightning connector. The iPhone 5S features the dual-core 64-bit A7 processor, an updated camera with a larger aperture and dual-LED flash, and theTouch ID fingerprint scanner, integrated into the home button. iPhone 5C features the sameA6 chip as the iPhone 5, along with a new backside-illuminated FaceTime camera and a new casing made of polycarbonate. As of 2013, the iPhone 3GS had the longest production run, 1181 days; followed by the iPhone 4, produced for 1174 days.[20]
The resounding sales of the iPhone have been credited with reshaping the smartphone industry and helping make Apple one of the world's most valuable publicly traded companies in 2011–12.[21] The iPhone is the top-selling phone of any kind in some countries, including the United States[22] and Japan.[23]

English POEM.

At first I could not understand
It doesn't go as I planned
In my mind it slipped like a sand
But well this time I would stand

Some lessons are difficult
Only understand by adults
The answers were so occult
And bad grades are my results

But now I learned a lot
I also learned about the plot
And showing what I got
That others cannot

Through English I expressed myself
Learning to show true ones self
And I am thankful of oneself
That we learned to know ourself...

To be or not to be...

"To be or not to be... that is the question."- Hamlet

To be or not to be, for me it means like asking yourself on what kind of like or path would you like to take. It is like to be saved or not to be saved by God. In our daily lives there are lots of problems, struggles, and challenges. They are all made for us to be judged. God gave us challenges to test our faith for him. There are lots of obstacles, though its very simple it is still a trial for you. In our life we are given a chance to choose between wordly things and Godly things. Now it is up to us if we are to choose God or not. If we choose God we would be saved but if we choose our lust and wordly things we won't be saved by it. So that is my interpretation of the line from Hamlet. It is like To be with God or not to be.

It is just like my life. In my life my Mom always told me to study hard and do everything for God. And I followed humbly. Sometimes I think of not believing in her, and I am not that sure if it is really true. So I do things halfheartedly. But whenever I listen to the messages at our Church I do got convinced by them. I also realized that God is the only way to survive.
